Returns

Please make sure you get everything you wanted before you complete your order. Sorry, but we are unable to allow changes to orders once they are placed. The current maximum turn around time is 14 business days. Business days do not count the day you order, weekends, or Holidays.  This does not include the time your order is in transit. 

RTS orders placed by 5pm (central time) Monday-Friday be shipped within 2 business days. If you order anything combined with RTS (Ready To Ship) items, the order WILL NOT ship immediately & therefore falls under the normal processing time. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages once it has been accepted by USPS.
